OK, back from vacay. No more sand between the toes, and back on the rails again.
What did I miss while I was gone? A woman who rode Metro-North topless appeared in court.
And a young man who’d turned up on Trainjotting some time ago for a violent act committed at an area train station emailed me, and asked very politely if I could scrub his name from our records to help him get a job and get his life back in order. Being a reasonable chap, I complied.
And, finally, our book The New York Commuter’s Glossary is available in e-book form. You can pick it up at the iTunes store for your iPad, or for the Kindle through Amazon.
The e-book costs $2.99.
Or, you can pick up the pulp-and-cardboard book at a bricks-and-mortar shop, such as Peylones at Grand Central, the Village Bookstore in Pleasantville, and Waxman’s newsstand in White Plains, for a tenner.
Good to be back.
